Tilan, Inc., is a Florida corporation formed in February 1986 by Tim and Chris Nolan for the purpose of managing the Las Olas Beach Club in Satellite Beach, FL. Tilan, Inc. now assists the Las Olas Beach Club of Cocoa Beach with payroll and took over the management of Oceanique Resort in Indian Harbor Beach, FL in March 2004.
